How it works

  1. Tell us what happened

A short, four-step form asks about the accident, your injuries and how to reach you. About five minutes. Your answers are encrypted.

  2. Attorney Azimy reviews it

Elham Azimy, a California attorney with 26 years of practice, reads every inquiry herself. We check for conflicts and whether it is a Southern California motor vehicle injury matter we can take on.

  3. We call you

If we can help, we contact you by the method you chose to talk through your situation—free, and with no obligation. Representation begins only when you sign a written agreement with the firm.

Attorney advertising. Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship or stop any legal deadline; representation begins only with a signed written agreement. Read the full disclaimer.

The first 72 hours matter

Most Southern California crash injuries—whiplash, back strain, concussion—show up a day or two later, after the adrenaline fades. Insurers use any delay in medical care against you. Our guides explain what to do, in order, and why.

Do I have a case?

That depends on facts we need to hear from you: who was at fault, what injuries you have, what insurance exists. The guides on this site explain how California law treats common situations; the inquiry form is how you get an attorney’s evaluation of yours.

How long do I have?

Generally two years from the injury to file a lawsuit in California, but only six months to present a claim if a government vehicle or dangerous road condition was involved, and insurance policies have their own notice deadlines. See claim deadlines.
